Crypto-to-crypto exchange
You transfer one digital asset, for example USDC, to us for immediate conversion into another digital asset, for example BTC. Once the exchange is completed, the converted asset is sent directly to the wallet address you designate. That wallet may be held with a third-party wallet provider and does not need to be hosted or controlled by us. We don’t maintain an ongoing wallet account for you — we only execute the swap.

Currency exchange
You transfer funds, for example USD, to us for immediate conversion into another currency, for example EUR. Once the exchange is executed, the converted funds are transferred to the bank account you designate. That account may be held with a third-party financial institution and does not need to be operated or controlled by us. We don’t open or maintain client accounts — we only execute the conversion.

No. Each exchange is a one-off transaction. We don’t open or maintain client accounts or wallet accounts, and we don’t hold balances on your behalf.
A crypto exchange is sent to the wallet address you designate; a currency exchange is sent to the bank account you designate. Either can be held with a third-party provider.
Yes. Australian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws require us to identify and verify every customer before their first exchange. Verification is carried out on our behalf by our identity verification provider, Didit, and may include a photo ID and a liveness check. We may also ask about the source of your funds or digital assets.
Individuals who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity, and businesses that are validly established and act through an authorised representative. Every customer must complete our identification and verification process.
You are responsible for making sure your destination is accurate and can receive the asset or currency — for digital assets, that includes the correct network. Transfers of digital assets are generally irreversible, so if the details are wrong we may be unable to recover the asset or funds.
No. We only execute the exchange you request. We don’t provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this website is financial advice.
